Traditional wineries will explain you the finer details in appreciating a good drop of Italy's finest wines and wine tasting methods. Find out how to distinguish the various flavors and aromas in the wine, enjoy locally grown food over great wines, 3 reds and 3 whites, and great conversation. All our wines have the Italian highest quality classification D.O.C. or D.O.C.G. (Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin): Falanghina Campi Flegrei, Fiano di Avellino, Greco di Tufo, Taurasi, Aglianico del Taburno, Falerno del Massico.
We will teach you how to make Gnocchi alla Sorrentina from scratch and Traditional Italian Tiramisù as well! At the end you Eat your Homemade Creations, accompained by Wine and Limoncello! The Cooking Classes will take place at the famous neapolitan restaurant, Taverna Luciana, where the Chef Iolanda will teach you his Grandma's Secret Recipes and you will appreciate the Authentic Italian Food.
