Con questa sono quaranta ✂
Quaranta volte a guardare il cielo, assaggiare l’uva, aspettare il momento giusto. Quaranta volte a pensare che ormai dovrei sapere come va.
E invece la vendemmia riesce ancora a sorprendermi.
Oggi sono qui, tra i filari di Chardonnay, con le forbici in mano e una nuova annata davanti.

This makes forty ✂
Forty times looking up at the sky, tasting the grapes, waiting for the right moment. Forty times thinking that by now I should know how it all goes.
And yet, harvest still manages to surprise me.
Today I’m here, among the Chardonnay rows, pruning shears in hand and a new vintage ahead of me.
