Not every memorable experience is planned.

Just before one of our tastings, the electricity went out.
So we did what generations before us would have done: we lit candles throughout our ancient cave cellar.
For one visit only, our guests explored the volcanic tuff caves by candlelight. The silence, the flickering light, the scent of oak barrels... it felt as though time had stood still.

An unexpected moment we won’t forget.
