Bright and Beautiful Lemon Garlic Pasta🍝 🍋 Ingredients:

- Angel hair pasta
- Fresh lemon
- Garlic
- Mozzarella cheese
- Salt and black pepper
- Red pepper flakes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Italian herbs (dried or fresh)

Add oil to the pan and sauté the garlic with red chili flakes. Next, add sliced lemon and cook briefly before adding the pasta. Sprinkle with dried Italian herbs, salt, and pepper, then toss until the pasta is fully coated. Garnish with cheese and fresh herbs.

Easiest vegan pancakes with lavender syrup!🥞 🤗

1 cup almond spelt flour
1 cup almond milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons coconut brown sugar
Few drops vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon lavender syrup(optional)
Coconut oil to grease the pan

Mix all ingredients together except oil and pour on a lightly greased pan and allow to cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 mins on both sides or until done.

Garnish with lavender syrup and honey 🍯

Dal tadka garnished with a fiery 🌶️garlic chili crisp ghee tempering

Pressure cook the dal with salt, turmeric, green chilies, and ginger until it becomes soft.
🔥 In a separate pan, heat ghee and add Indian tempering, asafoetida, ginger-garlic pieces, and curry leaves. Allow them to fry. 🔥 Next, add diced onions and sauté them on a high flame before adding tomatoes, salt, and chili powder.
🔥 Continue stirring on a high flame until the tomatoes are cooked.
🔥 Finally, combine the dal and the tomato gravy, and let it cook for a few minutes.

Garnish with chili crisp, warm ghee🫰
