Proud to have baked my Long time Filipino Desserts Cravings
Happy New Year Everyone!!!
Egg Pie
Beat 5 eggs with Evaporated and Condensed Milk
2tsps vanilla and dash of salt
Whisk 2 egg yolks to peak
Mix altogether
Bake at preheated oven 180* C for 15mins
Then lower to 160*C
Bake for another 45mins
Ube Macapuno Pie
I used Bottled Ube and Macapuno from the Asian store
And the dough is ready to use from the Supermarket
Bake at 160*C for 45mins
Enjoy!!!
