Just a few pasta professionals spending the day in Parma, Italy. Such a pleasure having a leisurely lunch with great cuisine from region of Italy. Am not sure if the “pasta del pane fritta nello strutto” (bread dough fried in lard) is a specialty of the region, or perhaps just the restaurant but it was so good especially topped, and eaten with great Parma ham. Cosi buono. 🤌😛
