Il nostro enologo ci guida attraverso la fase più delicata e cruciale della stagione: il risveglio vegetativo. La linfa riprende a scorrere, segnando la fine del riposo invernale e l'inizio del nuovo ciclo.

Le gemme dormienti si schiudono per dare vita ai nuovi tralci. Da questo momento in poi, ogni minimo cambiamento del clima e della terra forgerà il carattere, la qualità e l'equilibrio della prossima annata.

È un percorso fragile e affascinante. Una sfida silenziosa che richiede rispetto, dedizione e il nostro impegno quotidiano per proteggere la vulnerabilità della pianta e accompagnarla verso la sua massima espressione.
