Since our foundation we have been amply rewarded for our approach, having won many awards from Slow Food, Gambero Rosso, Extra Bio and others, as well as having a strong presence in the most representative wine guides. We make a range of exceptional wines, from our 'house red' Barbassano , and 'house white' Coda di Volpe (to come out in the spring of 2014), to our Campi Taurasini DOC, made from a
selection of powerful Aglianico grapes, as well as all three DOCG wines of the south of Italy; Fiano di Avellino, Greco di Tufo (both white) and our 'Riserva' red wine Taurasi, which has at least three years of maturation of which two in oak. Furthermore, we produce two types of organic extra-virgin olive oils; Ravece and Marinese, which rank among the best in the country. Each year, the harvest is carried out with consummate expertise and love, under the careful supervision and hands of the founders of the olive-oil and wine estate. In the last couple of years Le Masciare has been growing strongly, without ever losing sight of the quality of its products. If you are active in the wine business, and are interested in high-quality wines from Southern Italy with an excellent price-quality ratio, please do not hesitate to contact us! The Le Masciare olive-oil and wine estate is located in the surrounding hills of Paternopoli, a small town in the heart of Irpinia (in the central region of Campania). This is a land with a profound calling to the creation of quality oils and wines, and place where the regions only three DOCG wines are grown. Irpinia's unique, indigenous grape and olive varieties make up all of Le Masciare's land.
