🍇An excellence to be savoured, the white Teruzzi from Terre di Tufi
A blend of Trebbiano and Vernaccia, very accentuated notes of turmeric and sage and light citrus hints.
A light note of toasted almond in the end.
After passing through steel, it completes its aging in wooden barrels for 15 months before being bottled.
😋Our Tommaso recommends to pair it with fried fish or grilled shellfish

🍇Un'eccellenza da assaporare, il bianco Teruzzi di Terre di Tufi
Un Blend di trebbiano e Vernaccia, molto accentuate note di curcuma e salvia e leggeri richiami agrumati.
Nel finale una leggera nota di mandorla tostata.
Dopo aver fatto un passaggio in acciaio completa il suo affinamento in botte di legno per 15 mesi prima di essere imbottigliato.
😋Il nostro Tommaso consiglia di abbinarlo ad frittura di pesce o grigliata di crostacei

A journey into the past that enhances the authentic flavors of our land: "Auser" is the Latin name of the Serchio River that flows right here in this part of Tuscany.
Discover the pleasure of a tradition that is renewed every time you raise the glass with Auser bitter. Prepared with an infusion of officinal and aromatic herbs crushed by hand in ancient stone mortars, every sip makes you appreciate the process described in the original 1923 recipe which is still used today. Drunk cold or at room temperature.

Un viaggio nel passato che esalta i sapori autentici della nostra terra: "Auser" è il nome latino del fiume Serchio che scorre proprio qui da noi in questa parte della Toscana.
Scopri il piacere di una tradizione che si rinnova ogni volta che sollevi il bicchiere con l’amaro Auser. Preparato con un infuso di erbe officinali ed aromatiche pestate a mano in antichi mortai di pietra, ogni sorso ci fa apprezzare il procedimento descritto nella ricetta originale del 1923 che ancora oggi viene utilizzato.
