Trattoria Concordia is one of Portofino’s most beloved spots: an authentic institution that has remained in the same family.

Sitting at one of its tables means stepping into a different rhythm of time. Gian Battista, who still makes a point of sitting down with guests, told us about the years when Concordia was one of the few places in Portofino to have a television, becoming a gathering point for locals watching football matches and late-night boxing during a time when TV was still a collective ritual rather than a private habit.

Known for its warmth, generous cuisine, and the piano hidden inside the dining room, Concordia is the kind of place where dinners slowly turn into long singing nights.

They say that rules are meant to be broken.

To mark the start of the B Corp Summit in Florence today, we joined forces with to create a cocktail that not only blends our products, but is an encounter of two realities that believe businesses should create value beyond the product itself: for people, for territories, and for the future.

Some rules have always existed, and nobody knows exactly why. No one questions them, even though taking the road less travelled can sometimes bring unexpected surprises. Choosing unexpected combinations is often where conscious innovation begins.

It is from this concept that “Tra Mare e Vigna” was born: a cocktail containing “il Marzocco”, Avignonesi’s iconic Chardonnay wine.

Who would have thought that combining these two different worlds would taste so good?

Now there’s only one thing left to do: try it for yourself.
