Voted for by the competition mentors, his dish "Dutch Rendang" successfully expressed both the culinary traditions of his region and a modern vision. Noah was awarded last night during the Grand Finale event. We couldn’t be prouder to celebrate his talent and the genuine connection between cultures that his cuisine represents.
