Located exactly where the breeze of the Adriatic Sea meets the winds of the Dolomites, our winery was born by an entrepreneurial idea of Marco and Nicola Barollo. A territory to be discovered between Venice and Treviso, characterized by a microclimate you won’t find anywhere else in Italy, and blessed by ancient winemaking traditions. A land rich in scents and flavour, keeper of the memory of the

sea that once covered it: fossils finds, marine sediments, limestone rock, clay and marly soil are all elements that give a natural sapidity to our wines. In this hospitable and mineral land, we grow international grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc. The main characteristic of Barollo wines lies in its grapes, cultivated with care and passion. Each step of the winemaking process is the intersection of expert knowledge in viticulture, oenology and Italian style: elements bound together by the passion that runs through the veins of the entire Barollo family and the expertise of our team. Thanks to these elements we have won a large number of wine awards over the years.

The grape clusters are developing day by day, gradually accumulating the qualities that, at harvest, will give rise to a balanced, smooth, and characterful wine.
