Ci siamo quasi. 🫒

La nuova campagna olearia si avvicina e tra poco inizierà uno dei momenti più importanti dell’anno per Olio Bardi: la raccolta.

Negli oliveti le olive stanno completando il loro percorso e noi ci prepariamo a trasformare il lavoro di questi mesi nel nuovo olio.

Nel frattempo, sul sito sono disponibili gli ultimi pezzi dell’attuale campagna.

Tomatoes have nearly had their time now. Time to do some serious sun drying. Figs ripening in the August sun, a little earlier this year.

Vacations in July were never really our thing, working long hours at Bar Dante. We are now blessed to be able to spend time with precious family abroad. Thank you to Dina, Massi and Aurora for introducing us to these beautiful islands. ❤️
