🐌 🇮🇹 Il senso del è trattare il vino come qualcosa che vada oltre al bicchiere e che includa ambiti di importanza strategica per il futuro di noi tutti. Il primo punto recita: “Le cantine devono coltivare direttamente almeno il 70% delle uve utilizzate per la produzione dei vini”
Da anni, la nostra attenzione è stata nell’aumentare costantemente la superficie vitata, arrivando agli attuali 45 ettari. E crescendo. Ma senza aumentare la produzione. La qualità richiede visione, pianificazione, sacrifici e, certo, un po’ di fortuna. Ma, come vedete, stiamo andando nella direzione giusta.
🐌 🇬🇧 The meaning of is to treat wine as something that goes beyond the glass and that includes areas of strategic importance for the future of all of us. The first point reads: "The wineries must directly cultivate at least 70% of the grapes used for the production of their wines".
For years, our focus has been on constantly increasing the owned vineyards, reaching the current 45 hectares. And growing. But without increasing the amount of bottles produced. Quality requires vision, planning, sacrifices and, of course, a bit of luck. But, as you can see, we are going in the right direction.
