Il tempo è l’unica vera ricchezza che possediamo.
Non si accumula, non si compra, non si recupera. Si vive.

Ogni stagione della vita ha un ritmo diverso:
c’è il tempo per costruire,
il tempo per aspettare,
il tempo per lasciare andare
e quello, prezioso, per evolvere.

Spesso rincorriamo risultati, obiettivi, riconoscimenti…
ma dimentichiamo che è il modo in cui attraversiamo il tempo a definire chi siamo davvero.

E nel vino, come nella vita, è il tempo a far emergere la vera anima del vino.
