🥩🚜 Dopo la transumanza… il gusto si è spostato a tavola.

Dopo una giornata trascorsa tra allevamenti, tradizione e passione per la filiera, abbiamo concluso questa esperienza dove ogni storia importante finisce: davanti a una grande tavola.

Al Ristorante La Ruota di Pianfei ci siamo concessi una cena all'insegna della qualità, con carni eccellenti, piatti della tradizione piemontese e un'accoglienza che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.

Perché conoscere l'origine di un prodotto significa anche valorizzarlo fino all'ultimo morso.

🥩🚜 After the transhumance… the focus shifted to the dining table.

After a day spent among livestock farms, tradition, and a passion for the supply chain, we concluded this experience where every important story ends: at a bountiful table.

At La Ruota Restaurant in Pianfei, we treated ourselves to a dinner focused on quality, featuring excellent meats, traditional Piedmontese dishes, and a warm welcome that made us feel right at home.

Because knowing a product’s origin also means savoring it to the very last bite.
