Calling certain specific wines natural is simply incorrect, it derives from the assumption that little intervention in farming and during the wine making process, is a better choice for humans and the environment. In reality humans have been modifying fruits and vegetables for a very long time as well as dog breeds, even our own dna. Carrots and tomatoes we eat today originally didn’t exist in nature. The most hilarious of vulgarities though, is pointing out sulfites as the extreme evil, ignoring that the only true evil, if any is alcohol and how much we consume of it.
