For months, we watch the vineyard change day after day, following the grapes as they grow and mature, until the moment comes when they’re finally ready to be picked.

And then everything begins to move quickly: the vineyard fills with people, the grapes arrive at the w**ery and the work continues in the cellar.

It’s a short window of time, but it carries an entire year of care, patience, decisions and respect for nature.

Because every bottle has a beginning.
And ours begins right here, among the rows of our vineyards in San Gimignano. 🌿

In Tuscany, slowing down has never needed a name.

It’s in the long lunches that somehow become afternoons.
In a glass of w**e poured without checking the time.
