Winding down a private strada bianca in the hills of Umbria near the small town of Collelungo, one is struck by the untouched natural beauty of the area. Nestled down this long country road stands a farmhouse in a dominant position between green valleys and cultivated fields of wheat, olives and grapes. What once was a working farm house is now a restored country estate with all the comforts and aesthetics reflecting the passions of its owner. Surrounded by a rolling front lawn overlooking an amazing panorama that exemplifies the motto of Umbria: The Green Heart of Italy.

2 hectares of Merlot and Sangiovese grapes, a fruit orchard, a vegetable garden, a rose garden, an inviting zero edge pool, and a lovely farm house with many amenities. Featured in Elizabeth Helman Minchilli’s newly released book, Italian Rustic, published by Artisan Press and was also featured in October 2007 Bon Appetit.
