In occasione dell'8 marzo, abbiamo analizzato i numeri della presenza femminile nel settore vitivinicolo italiano.
I dati dei principali osservatori (ISMEA, Nomisma e Donne del Vino) confermano che il talento e la competenza non hanno genere.

🇮🇹 I numeri in Italia:
🔹 Export & Management: oltre il 50% dei ruoli di direzione commerciale estera è ricoperto da donne.
🔹 Imprenditoria: il 28% delle cantine è a guida femminile, con un forte focus sulla sostenibilità.
🔹 Formazione: il 40% degli studenti di Enologia e Agraria è donna.

Domenica mattina vivremo un momento storico: la Torcia Olimpica attraverserà il cuore pulsante del nostro territorio, toccando la nostra cantina e i vigneti di Borgo Palù, lungo le nostre amate Conche.
