Who is Pietro Massi? Pietro Massi started his professional life in the ’70s, but it was not until the early ‘90s that he decided to widen his knowledge as a pasta maker, going beyond the consolidated shortcomings typical of the sector and thou setting out on a new path, with the aim of causing a real revolution in the world of pasta making.
