Over the last few weeks, our work has been focused mainly in the vineyard, because for us, wine quality starts first and foremost with the grapes 🍇
Ci troviamo nel Cru Margheria, la vigna più vecchia della nostra azienda, impiantata alla fine degli anni ’50, dove stiamo effettuando la sfemminellatura ed il diradamento.

We are currently in the Margheria Cru, our estate’s oldest vineyard, planted in the late 1950s, where we are green harvesting and suckering.
Attraverso un’attenta selezione dei grappoli, eliminiamo quelli meno adatti, al fine di favorire una maturazione più equilibrata e una maggiore concentrazione.
Un passaggio fondamentale che contribuirà a definire il carattere della nuova annata 🍷
