Favola was born to rewrite the story of olive oil — and the story of my family.

For over 70 years, my family has been producing olive oil in Syracuse, Sicily. Three generations shaped by olive trees, harvests, hard work, and a deep connection to this land.

Favola is our way of carrying that story forward, while changing the way people see, taste, and understand olive oil.

Non serve essere veri esperti per capire se un olio è di qualità!
Il segreto? Essere curiosi per riconoscere cosa distingue un buon extravergine da uno di bassa qualità.
ll profumo: un buon olio deve ricordare erba appena tagliata, ca****fo o pomodoro.
All’assaggio: amaro e piccante sono caratteristiche positive dell’olio sempre presenti nell’extravergine e sono associate alla presenza di polifenoli.
E tu, sapresti riconoscere un olio di qualità?

Our youngest guests surprise us the most. Violet tasted all five of our olive oil varieties. She asked us to share her experience and talinkg about it
Kids have an incredibly sharp sense of smell and this is why for them is so special.

Violet is now travelling around Sicily with her brother Anthony and their family, and we hope a little piece of Favola will travel with them. 🌿
