Sopra la cascina l’alpe Cavanna ci osserva.
Con i suoi massi imponenti, la sua flora alpina e una tomba misteriosa che si dice risalga al 3000 a.C.
Se cerchi bene vedrai il suo profilo sulla bottiglia, proprio come lo vediamo dalla cascina…
Questa montagna è un po’ l’asse centrale del nostro mondo, è dove andiamo a rilassarci pieni di soddisfazione alla fine di una giornata nei campi e dove ci rechiamo a raccogliere alcune delle botaniche spontanee per i nostri liquori, ma è anche un luogo che potremmo descrivere come sacro, dove a volte desideriamo semplicemente cercare il silenzio.
7 Artemisiæ lo vogliamo dedicare a Lei.
Per questo la prima bottiglia ce la siamo portata in quota, l’abbiamo prima offerta alla roccia e fatta assaggiare al vento e poi abbiamo brindato alle Montagne 🍷🍷

Above the farmhouse, Mount Cavanna watches over us.
With its erratics, the alpine flora, and a mysterious burial site thought to date back to 3000 B.C.
If you look closely, you’ll see its profile on the bottle, just like we see it from our farmhouse...
This mountain is somewhat our axis mundi. It’s where we go and relax, full of satisfaction after a day in the fields, and where we forage some of the wild botanicals for our liqueurs.
But it’s also a place we could describe as sacred, where we simply seek silence.
We want to dedicate 7 Artemisiæ to Her.
This is the reason why we took the very first bottle to the top, we offered it to the rock, we let the wind taste it, and then we toasted to the Mountains 🍷🍷
