We are excited to announce the Designing Flavor Japan Tour, a special series of events hosted by Ceado in collaboration with R&D ESPRESSO LAB, featuring Dr. Fabiana Carvalho from The Coffee Sensorium.

From 7 to 11 September 2026, the tour will visit:

Designing Flavor means questioning assumptions through research.

On July 8th and 9th, Ceado, The Coffee Sensorium, and Brew-It Group will conduct a sensory tasting study at the Brew-It Group Experience Centre, located at the Business Design Centre in London.

A selected panel of coffee professionals will participate in a structured cupping session designed to investigate the relationship between grinding variables and sensory perception.

The study forms part of Ceado’s ongoing commitment to Designing Flavor through research, experimentation, and evidence-based product development.

Participants will receive a £50 Amazon voucher in recognition of their contribution to the study.
