The Spoleto hills are ready to welcome us back, and I couldn't be more excited to reopen my kitchen doors. After months of research and passion, I am ready to guide you through an experience that goes far beyond a simple recipe.

Imagine the scent of fresh black truffles, the touch of flour as we craft strangozzi together, and a glass of local wine as the sun sets over the valley. 🍷✨

Another evening filled with cooking and fun! We had guests from the USA — a wonderful, super friendly family. Time flew by, but we’ll definitely remember it. In this period of global uncertainty, a genuine human connection with people from the other side of the world truly warms the heart.
