A Suvereto abbiamo selezionato 16 ettari di terreno per portare avanti un progetto ambizioso: produrre vini di stampo internazionale. I vini prodotti sono una straordinaria espressione del terroir. I nostri vitigni di Grenache, Mouvedre, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, e Viognier sono un po' come noi. Hanno lo sguardo perso verso l'orizzonte e il cuore ben saldo sul territorio!

It is an ongoing dialogue between what happens in the vineyard and what time accomplishes in the cellar. Never forced. Guided only by respect, patience, and care.

🇮🇹 Nella nostra barricaia ogni botte custodisce una storia che cambia lentamente, vendemmia dopo vendemmia. Sopra, le radici sospese ricordano da dove tutto ha origine: dalla vite, dal suolo, dall'equilibrio con la natura.

È un dialogo continuo tra ciò che accade in vigneto e ciò che il tempo compie in cantina. Senza forzature. Solo con rispetto, pazienza e cura.

Reducing human intervention in the vineyard doesn’t mean doing less. It means choosing to step in only when necessary, allowing nature to follow its own rhythm.

It is one of the principles of the BioIntegral Guidelines: a philosophy that reminds us our role is not to control every process, but to guide it with respect.

🇮🇹 Ci sono gesti che fanno la differenza proprio perché si vedono poco.

Ridurre l'intervento umano sulla vite non significa fare meno. Significa scegliere di intervenire solo quando serve, lasciando che la natura segua il proprio ritmo.

È uno dei principi del Decalogo BioIntegrale: una filosofia che ci ricorda che il ruolo dell'uomo non è controllare ogni processo, ma accompagnarlo con rispetto.

🇮🇹 I cavalli fanno ancora parte del lavoro in vigna. Non per tradizione, ma per scelta.

Laddove un mezzo meccanico comprime il terreno, il loro passo lo rispetta. Ogni passaggio aiuta a preservare la struttura del suolo e la biodiversità che lo rende vivo.

Mercoledì 15 luglio, a Tenuta Casadei, arriva Ora Felice, lo spettacolo della compagnia teatrale Qui e Ora.

Un racconto che parla di relazioni, cambiamenti e nuovi inizi. E quando lo spettacolo finisce, la serata continua sulla terrazza, dove il vino torna protagonista e ogni conversazione trova il suo tempo.
