Durante la vendemmia, ogni grappolo viene osservato con attenzione: solo i migliori proseguono verso la cantina, per ottenere un mosto capace di esprimere al meglio le caratteristiche dell’uva, dell’annata e del nostro territorio.

W**e quality begins with selection.
During the harvest, each bunch is carefully inspected: only the finest make their way to the cellar, producing a must that fully expresses the characteristics of the grapes, the vintage, and our terroir.

Dopo la raccolta, i grappoli vengono diraspati e gli acini trasferiti sul nastro di selezione, pronti per essere controllati prima della vinificazione.
È nella precisione di ogni fase che si costruisce la qualità del vino.

After harvesting, the bunches are destemmed and the grapes transferred to the sorting table, ready to be carefully inspected before vinification.

At Bulichella, the most eagerly awaited moment has arrived: harvesting the fruit of an entire year’s work.

Maria Shizuko nasce da una selezione di Merlot in purezza, raccolto manualmente e vinificato con estrema cura. È una delle etichette più rare e ricercate della tenuta, con una produzione limitata a sole 1.500 bottiglie.
Dopo un affinamento di 18 mesi in barrique nuove di rovere francese, esprime note di ciliegia, mora e frutta matura, accompagnate da delicati sentori tostati, tannini morbidi e un finale lungo e armonioso.

Maria Shizuko is crafted from a selection of 100% Merlot grapes, hand-harvested and vinified with meticulous care. It is one of the estate’s rarest and most sought-after labels, with a limited production of just 1,500 bottles.
After 18 months of ageing in new French oak barriques, it reveals notes of cherry, blackberry and ripe fruit, complemented by delicate toasted nuances, soft tannins and a long, harmonious finish.

La vendemmia si avvicina e in vigna iniziano gli ultimi controlli sulle diverse varietà: osserviamo il colore degli acini, assaggiamo le uve e ne seguiamo la maturazione, valutando l’equilibrio tra zuccheri, acidità e struttura.
Ogni vitigno procede secondo i propri tempi e richiede scelte diverse. Per questo attraversiamo i vigneti giorno dopo giorno, parcella dopo parcella, per individuare il momento ideale per la raccolta.
Sono settimane di attenzione e attesa, in cui il lavoro di un intero anno si prepara a diventare la prossima annata.

The harvest is approaching, and the final checks on the different grape varieties are beginning in the vineyard. We observe the colour of the berries, taste the grapes and monitor their ripening, looking for the right balance between sugar, acidity and structure.
Each variety develops at its own pace and requires different decisions. This is why we walk through the vineyards day after day, plot by plot, to identify the ideal moment for harvesting.
These are weeks of careful observation and anticipation, as an entire year’s work prepares to become the next vintage.

Torna la musica sull’aia della Buli!
Si esce dal salotto e si va in giardino a stare insieme, in attesa del Ferragosto.
Abbiamo invitato tre artisti torinesi a noi molto vicini: Paperclip Maximizer, il progetto solista di Francesco, chitarrista dei Triptease e DJ di Radio Banda Larga, basato sull’improvvisazione e su sonorità ambient e downtempo, dove loop, droni e melodie si sciolgono in un magma armonico.
E Sunny Levi & Davide Olivero, due DJ residenti di Radio Banda Larga, che si muovono tra club, festival e radio in Italia e in Europa, con un sound che spazia da atmosfere downtempo profonde a sonorità solari e ricercate.
Non mancheranno la nostra cucina e i nostri vini!
In menu: panino con la salsiccia alla griglia in stile yakiniku e chahan, riso saltato alla giapponese, anche in versione vegetariana.
Si inizia alle 19:30 e si finisce alle 23:30.
