La Masseria Capoforte nasce nella terra antica del Salento, tra eucalipto e ulivi, a pochi passi da Taranto, dove l’imprenditore Ettore Ceschin ha portato con passione e sapienza enologica dei vigneti specializzati con allevamento a Guyot semplice e alta concentrazione per ettaro. I vini Capoforte sono unici al mondo, custodi di una storia antica che sa di Magna Grecia, monaci Gesuiti e nobili cav

🌊 🌸 I riflessi sull'acqua hanno qualcosa in comune con il nostro 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐨 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐨: si muovono, mutano, eppure restano riconoscibili.
Al palato una nota sapida, come una brezza marina. Al naso, rosa, violetta e piccoli frutti rossi di bosco. Un vino nato al sole del Salento, perfetto per accompagnare anche la bella stagione.

The reflections on the water have something in common with our 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐨 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐨: they move, they change, yet they remain unmistakable.

🌊 Il nostro 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐨 si mostra tra gli scogli del , dove il incontra la che lo ha cresciuto.
In bocca, morbidi tannini e frutti rossi maturi, amarena e prugna in primo piano. Nel finale, cacao, caffè e vaniglia regalano una persistenza profonda, perfetta per una meditazione lenta, con lo sguardo rivolto verso il mare.

Our 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐨 reveals itself here among the rocks of Salento, where the sea meets the land that nurtured it.

A pochi chilometri dai nostri vigneti, tra le navate della Basilica di Santa Caterina d'Alessandria a , vivono affreschi che parlano ancora dopo più di seicento anni.
💙 Un di lapislazzuli che il tempo ha rispettato. Mani ferme, materiali vivi, attese lunghe: lo stesso lavoro paziente che riconosciamo nelle nostre vigne, bottiglia dopo bottiglia.

A few kilometres from our vineyards, among the naves of the Basilica of Saint Catherine of Alexandria in Galatina, there are frescoes that still speak after more than six hundred years.

La nostra cantina segue il proprio ritmo: vasche in acciaio, anfore di terracotta, profumo di legno antico. Un ascolto quotidiano, che la primavera rende ancora più intenso.
È la stagione in cui controlliamo gli affinamenti, conduciamo le prime analisi sensoriali, prendiamo le decisioni che daranno forma all'identità dei vini in divenire.
🍷 Il vino si fa in vigna, ma si compie in cantina. Con la stessa pazienza con cui la terra forma i suoi frutti.

Our cellar follows its own rhythm: stainless steel tanks, terracotta amphorae, and the scent of ancient wood. A daily practice of listening, made even more intense by spring.
It is the season when we monitor the ageing process, carry out the first sensory evaluations, and make the decisions that will shape the identity of the wines as they evolve.

🌸 La buccia scura cede al mosto solo un soffio del suo colore. Quel che rimane nel calice è un antico, che ricorda i tramonti sul mare del .
Fresco, vibrante, nato tra il vento pelagico e il calcare salentino. Il nostro 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐨 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐨 lo serviamo a 10–12°C, accanto a una tartare di tonno al coltello.

The dark skins give only a whisper of their colour to the must. What remains in the glass is an antique rose hue, reminiscent of sunsets over the Salento sea.

🏰 Tra le vie del che hanno visto passare monaci, cavalieri e principi, si erge il di Francavilla Fontana, un'anima a metà tra fortezza e palazzo signorile, esattamente come questa terra: forte e raffinata al tempo stesso.
Voluto nel 1455 da Giovanni Antonio Orsini del Balzo, ampliato nei secoli da marchesi e principi illuminati, il castello ha cambiato pelle senza mai perdere il suo carattere. Oggi custodisce storie antiche, sale nobili, e un museo che raccoglie i frammenti di un passato che ancora parla.
È questo il Salento che amiamo: ogni pietra ha una , ogni luogo un racconto.
🍷 Proprio come ogni calice di porta con sé il sapore autentico di questa terra.

Among the streets of Salento that have seen monks, knights and princes pass through, stands the Castle of Francavilla Fontana - a soul suspended between fortress and noble residence, just like this land itself: strong and refined at the same time.
Commissioned in 1455 by Giovanni Antonio Orsini del Balzo and expanded over the centuries by enlightened marquises and princes, the castle has changed its appearance without ever losing its character. Today, it preserves ancient stories, noble halls, and a museum that gathers the fragments of a past that still speaks.
This is the Salento we love: every stone holds a memory, every place a story.
