Questa procedura preserva l’integrità delle singole foglie di insalata e ci permette di controllare in tempo reale la raccolta, individuando subito la presenza di eventuali organismi estranei che potrebbero danneggiare la qualità del prodotto finale 🥬

This procedure preserves the integrity of individual lettuce leaves and allows us to monitor the harvest in real time, immediately detecting the presence of any foreign organisms that could affect the quality of the final product 🥬

🇮🇹 Le nostre serre sono dotate di centraline e stazioni di registrazione meteo con le quali verifichiamo la temperatura e l’umidità presente in serra e nell’ambiente esterno durante tutto l'arco della giornata.

Il monitoraggio costante delle condizioni meteo ci permette di intervenire in modo preventivo e mirato per tutelare le colture sia nei mesi freddi che nei mesi caldi 🌱
