It’s crazy how early we are starting harvest this year.
After the hottest summer ever the grapes are much less juicy and more sugary than they have ever been at this time of the year.
It’s going to be an interesting vintage…and the feeling is that we will have to get used to it!

Ed anche quest’anno è arrivato il momento di cominciare con I trattamenti in vigna.
Oggi Tannini di castagno, algae marine e pochissimo rame e zolfo.
Questo è il lavoro che fra tutti mi piace meno, soprattutto per via delle capezzagne strette che mi costringono a mille manovre.
Ma quest’anno ho un compagno eccezzionale.
Ricordate il piccolo Fabrizio? Chiamato così come I suoi due padrini Fabrizio .bizzarri e
Fabrizio .
Non poteva che venirne fuori il Gatto più chill di tutta l’umbria.
Ma poi volete mettere la posizione privilegiata per guardare gli Aironi guardabuoi?
