Da evitare rigorosamente l’acciaio, che altererebbe il gusto con note metalliche. Il vetro custodisce l’integrità del sapore, restituendo un’esperienza pura, sapida e precisa. Un rituale guidato da intento e sobrietà, elevato dalla cura del dettaglio.

An ode to the Italian heritage of Giaveri Caviar, celebrated for its purity, precision, and refinement.
To honour its delicate character, we serve using hand-blown Murano glass spoons - each individually crafted and hand-painted in distinct colours and forms, allowing guests to select their own expression of the experience.
Murano glass, shaped by centuries of Venetian glassmaking mastery, brings both artistry and intention to the ritual. No two spoons are alike, reflecting individuality within a shared moment of luxury.
Steel is never used with caviar, as it can impart unwanted metallic notes that diminish its natural clarity. Glass preserves the integrity of flavour, allowing the caviar to be experienced exactly as intended - clean, briny, and precise.
