🌋 New Microlot from Costa Rica
Grown in Tarrazú, where ocean influences and diverse microclimates create a unique flavour profile.
This microlot thrives in red clay soils at an average of 24°C, processed at Beneficio San Diego, founded in 1888.
Only the ripest cherries are hand-picked, then anaerobically fermented in sealed tanks. Once fermentation is complete, the beans are depulped, washed, and finally sun-dried on patios until reaching 11-12% moisture.

🌋 Nuovi Microlotti dal Costa Rica
L’influenza degli oceani Pacifico e Atlantico, unita a una straordinaria ricchezza di microclimi, favorisce lo sviluppo di profili aromatici unici.
Questo microlotto è coltivato dai produttori della celebre area di Tarrazú, su terreni argillosi rossi a una temperatura media di 24°C. La lavorazione viene affidata al Beneficio San Diego fondato nel 1888.
Il processo inizia con la selezione manuale delle sole drupe più mature. Segue poi la fermentazione anaerobica all’interno di barili sigillati privi di ossigeno. Una volta terminata la fermentazione, i chicchi vengono spolpati, lavati e infine asciugati al sole sui patii, fino a raggiungere un livello di umidità dell’11-12%.

Whether you’re composing a blend or exploring single origins, we’ve got you covered.
1. Supremo Rio Magdalena 18 - One of our long-running profiles, in our catalogue since 1999. Clean, complex, versatile, a benchmark for both blends and single origin.
2. Washed Geisha - Finca La Villa - Light and juicy body, bright acidity. Lemongrass, bergamot, jasmine and candied ginger. Clean and persistent aftertaste.
3. Washed Pink Bourbon - Finca El Pedregal - Full, rounded body with a lively acidity. Lime, jasmine, green tea and caramel.
Three coffees, one origin, very different cups.

2. Washed Geisha - Finca La Villa - Corpo leggero e succoso, acidità brillante. Lemongrass, bergamotto, gelsomino e zenzero candito. Retrogusto pulito e persistente.
3. Washed Pink Bourbon - Finca El Pedregal - Corpo pieno e avvolgente, acidità frizzante e vivace. Lime, tè verde al gelsomino e caramello.
Tre caffè, una stessa origine, tazze molto diverse.
