🇮🇹Recentemente ci siamo recati in Armenia per seguire le attività di installazione di un nuovo impianto di drupacee di oltre 40 ettari, situato nella valle dell'Ararat.
Attualmente sono stati completati la posa di pali e ancore, insieme alla tesatura del primo filo di vegetazione destinato al sostegno delle giovani piante. Al termine della raccolta verranno tensionati i fili superiori e installata la rete antigrandine, che in questo contesto svolge anche un'importante funzione di ombreggiamento.
Considerate le temperature estive, che possono superare i 40 °C, la copertura contribuisce a limitare lo stress idrico delle piante e a ridurre il rischio di scottature sui frutti.
Un ringraziamento ai partner di Greenco per la collaborazione durante le attività in campo.

🇬🇧We recently visited Armenia to oversee the installation of a new stone fruit orchard covering more than 40 hectares, located in the Ararat Valley.
The installation of posts and anchors has been completed, together with the tensioning of the first vegetation wire, which provides support for the young trees. After harvest, the upper wires will be tensioned and the anti-hail net will be installed. In this environment, the net also serves an important shading function.
With summer temperatures often exceeding 40°C, the netting helps reduce plant water stress while limiting the risk of sunburn damage to the fruit.

🇮🇹 Oggi vi presentiamo due impianti frutticoli da 12 e 40 ettari dotati di protezione antigrandine a rete piana, realizzati interamente con materiali Comavit. Una soluzione progettata per garantire robustezza strutturale, affidabilità e protezione delle colture nel lungo periodo.

🇬🇧 Today we present two fruit-growing installations of 12 and 40 hectares equipped with flat anti-hail net protection systems, built entirely with Comavit materials. A solution designed to ensure structural strength, reliability, and long-term crop protection.

🇮🇹 Nel video di oggi vi presentiamo un impianto antigrandine a rete piana di 13,5 Ha realizzato in Messico, progettato per resistere ai forti venti tipici della zona.

La superficie è suddivisa in due blocchi di uguale dimensione. Per garantire la massima resistenza strutturale, l'impianto è stato realizzato con filo di colmo Comavit HR, con allungamento 3-4% e carico di rottura 1.250–1.450 N/mm², fune trasversale a diametro maggiorato e una fune longitudinale di rinforzo sui filari laterali.

Tutti i copripali sono stati fissati ai pali in cemento con appositi tasselli per eliminare qualsiasi rischio di sfilamento sotto carico.

Comavit ha curato l'intero processo: dalla progettazione alla fornitura, fino alla supervisione in cantiere con il nostro storico partner ed amico Laszlo Varga, agente per il mercato Ungherese.

La rete è ancora in fase di completamento.

🇬🇧 In today's video we present a 13.5 Ha flat-net hail protection system installed in Mexico, designed to withstand the strong winds typical of the area.

The surface is divided into two equal blocks. To ensure maximum structural resistance, the installation features Comavit HR ridge wire 3 – 4% elongation and tensile strength of 1,250–1,450 N/mm², oversized transverse cable and a longitudinal reinforcement cable along the lateral rows.

All caps were secured to the posts with screw anchors, eliminating any risk of slippage under bad weather conditions.

Comavit managed the entire process: from design to supply, through to on-site supervision by a dedicated specialist. The net is still in its final installation phase.
