Martedì 20 ottobre saremo a Milano per “Longevity in Vigna”, un evento dedicato al mondo vitivinicolo e alla sua capacità di guardare lontano, custodire le tradizioni e trasmettere il proprio sapere alle nuove generazioni.

In our cellar, w**es rest in different-sized barrels, where the natural porosity of wood allows a slow and delicate micro-oxygenation.
A subtle exchange with oxygen that helps the w**e evolve over time, softening the tannins and developing greater balance, complexity and harmony.
Time, wood and patience. Each plays its part.
