* 1 batata arancione grande
* 1 sedano rapa medio
* 1/2 bicchiere di vino rosso amabile dei Colli
* 4-5 bacche di ginepro
* Tarassaco tenero
* Olio EVO
* 2 foglie di alloro
* Sale, pepe bianco e un cucchiaino di zucchero
* Salsa senapata alla cipolla rossa q.b.

Procedimento:

A big pot filled with boiling water.
My hands pouring coarse salt into it.
I’m about to throw in the pasta. Pasta for many people.

It’s my style: cooking for a crowd, saying "dinner’s ready!!!" so everyone sits down, arriving at the table with the big pot and serving each person.

It’s also my style to create community: being together, filling bellies with something delicious, prepared with care, respect, and attention to every detail.
Did you miss me?

Then come this Saturday to to taste one of my dishes sipping some crazy tasty w**e of .www and enjoy some good music by .

The kitchen will be open from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

My soulmate asked me:'What's happiness for you?' For me, happiness is the sound of our daughter's laughter. And for you? I asked, 'What's happiness?' He said, 'Being in the right place with the right person.'

This is our right place.

These shots literally tell the story. They're from my residency at .fresco , a magical planet created by a magical person who I'll be hugging soon 🥹

There, together with beautiful people, we foraged herbs in the meadows , made a fire, cooked the vegetables from , everyone kneaded the bread dough I had prepared earlier cooked on hazel sticks I've prepared and ate together.

Fire, earth, flavors, and union: the elements that describe my passion for cooking... which goes a bit beyond just eating.

This is how I gently step into 2025: smiling at the sun, harvesting peppermint to dry for my infusions, and letting myself be cradled by the sound of the wind through the trees.

I bid farewell to the year that has just passed with gratitude, as it has given me so much. I’ve chosen to gradually slow down my work to guide you toward this little pause in the sweetest way possible.

Soon, in addition to the person you already know, I will also become a Mother to a Shining little Being who has allowed me to keep creating uninterrupted until now. But now, it’s time to prepare to welcome them.

January will be the last month of Chefrancesca before a special pause. In the coming days, I will share the final opportunities to enjoy my dinners, classes, and events.

I bring you with me into this new chapter, with love.

Cooking is an act of love and choosing seasonal and farm to table ingredients is the first step to expressing it.

Here is a shot of the preparation of one of my last dessert that tells my story of connection with the land and small producers: slice of caramelized pumpkin with local wildflower honey accompanied by an artisanal rice ice cream (made for me by ) and crunchy chopped walnuts.

Cook following the rhythms of the seasons, you will see... everything will taste better.

Thanks for the all orange shot.

_____
