🥬Le nostre piante non crescono in terra, ma con le radici immerse nell'acqua ricca di sostanze nutritive fornite dai pesci.
Le radici crescono in modo ideale: hanno accesso costante ed equilibrato a tutto ciò di cui hanno bisogno, il che si traduce in foglie più croccanti, più sode e più saporite.
Se comprate una delle nostre insalate, noterete che spesso sono ancora nel loro vasetto con le radici intatte.
Finché la pianta ha le sue radici, è ancora in vita e continua ad assorbire i nutrienti.
Le insalate con le radici tagliate iniziano un processo di deterioramento non appena vengono raccolte.
Le nostre, invece, mantengono la freschezza e la croccantezza.

The roots grow ideally: they have constant and balanced access to everything they need, which results in leaves that are crunchier, firmer, and more flavorful.
If you buy one of our lettuces, you’ll notice that they are often still in their small pot with the roots intact.
As long as the plant has its roots, it is still alive and continues to absorb nutrients.
Lettuces with cut roots begin a deterioration process as soon as they are harvested.
Ours, however, maintain their freshness and crunchiness.
