Agrimò: Artisan Apulian Pasta from Field to Table

The fields are the beginning and still the core of Agrimò's activity, an artisan Apulian pasta factory young at a commercial level, but with years of experience in durum wheat cultivation.
The care of the raw material begins with direct contact with the 32 hectares of land belonging to the farm, allowing for total control of the supply chain.
The cultivation of local cereal varieties is the perfect example of valuing the territory; rotations with other crops are also followed to nourish the soil and safeguard local biodiversity.
The use of any chemical fertilizers or pesticides is naturally excluded, as proven by continuous laboratory analyses.
In pasta production, drying is one of the key processes, which is why Agrimò adopts a particularly slow and delicate drying process below 40°C, thus obtaining a perfectly intact product with a porous consistency.
