To all my wonderful customers,

Unfortunately the time has come (unexpectedly soon) for me to close down Gluten Free Mrs B (Jersey) from today Friday 28th April.

The time pressures on me with moving the family and having to visit schools in the U.K. etc means that I would become terribly unreliable and that causes me immense stress as I hate to mess people around or let them down.

I am so sorry. 💔

You have all be joyous to me.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

So my lovely customers… it’s time to let you all know….

Myself and my family are leaving Jersey this summer! 😭💔

It’s time for us to move back to the ‘motherland’ beautiful North Yorkshire. ❤️

I will miss all of you SO much. Your loyalty, love and feedback has made me grow in confidence and ability. Every single order has been so precious to me. It still comes as somewhat of a surprise that people like my bakes enough to make payment in exchange for them AND also keep returning. 😆❤️

I can’t give an exact date as to when I will stop baking.. it will be led by stock levels (I won’t be shipping in any more flour from the mainland) but I do have quite good stock levels at the moment.
Additionally my baking days may become fewer as I tackle the large task of packing up for a family of 5 plus 4 pets, a bakery and my husbands home office!
Plus I may have a few ‘goodbye parties’ to attend! 😆😆🥳🥂

I will aim to continue baking Wednesdays, Thursdays and Friday morning until at least the end of May.
But please just inbox me if you’d like to order and I will let you know if schedule and stock levels allow.

In the meantime, if any of my customers would be interested in purchasing my little business, the equipment and know how please, please get in touch.
It would be lovely to leave a gluten free provision here in Jersey.

Gruffalo themed VEGAN & G/F cupcakes!
I had a very special request from a very special customer to make allergy friendly cupcakes for her nephews birthday.
Had such fun making these.
Dairy free ‘smarties’ and vegan marshmallows helped to create his funny face.
Wish I could share the video of the birthday boy enjoying his cake. It was truly wonderful. 🥰🥰🥰

⭐️⭐️⭐️I have huge and exciting news!⭐️⭐️⭐️

As from today, The Good Egg Beach Cafe is now stocking my lovely little loaves.
ALL gluten free AND dairy free and there will even be some gluten free AND Vegan (I hope to expand my vegan menu soon)
IN stock today are Little Carrot Cake loaves with lovely dairy free cream Cheez icing. 🥕🧁😋

I am so excited to be collaborating with another amazing local business. I genuinely LOVE The Good Egg Beach Cafe and I am so thrilled they are open for another season.
Kate and her team go to enormous lengths to cater for a wide variety of dietary requirements and what they serve up is DELICIOUS.
I know I will be heading there for breakfast this weekend! Maybe I will see you there?
