If you missed us in the market yesterday, you can still pick up a selection of our greens and other lovely goodies from our honesty box. Today we have some pretty epic rainbow chard, spinach, kale, kuri squash, pumpkins, courgettes, cabbage, butternuts, flowers and eggs. Have an amazing Sunday legends and thanks as always for supporting local farmers 👩🏻‍🌾

Gentle reminder that we are CLOSED today (Thursday 11th September) for the air display / inset day. Farm Tots & Young Farmers start the term next week 🥳

Friday Farm Tots and our Saturday Sprouts sessions start this week (12th & 13th) We are so excited to see you all!

We still have a few spots in our Thursday Farm Tots sessions and Friday 10.45am Farm Tots session. This can be booked directly on our website and is available for any children turning 2 this year and older.

I’m outrageously behind on admin and will hopefully catch up today. If you are waiting to hear from me (text/email/carrier pigeon) - thank you for your patience, I should be with you today!

Calling all local farming legends, foodies and anyone interested in the future of food in the island!

🍎 We are back to (farm) school next week! 🍎

But before then, we are heading to the Regen Gathering .tacheron this weekend! Think of it as a two-day food and farming festival - talks and presentations, films, music and great food. Honestly if you care about the future of food, farming, finance & health - this is for you. I will be speaking on Saturday morning alongside the wonderful Calixta from and the awesome Jock from in Guernsey. Would be lovely to have support from the Sprouts crew and see you there 🥰

There are just a few tickets left, it’s free and the event starts tomorrow 👩🏻‍🌾

Where: Le Tâcheron, Rue de Dielament, Trinity JE3 5HX

When: Sept 5-6th, doors open at 8am to 8pm
