Too many people contemplate how they feel on a carnivore diet with health outcomes, but you can’t feel atherosclerosis or plaque building up in your arteries. You can’t feel your colon replicating cancer cells, right? A meat heavy diet is dangerous, but it’s a subtle danger because people won’t realise until it’s too late. There are NO term studies on a carnivore diet! SHORT TERM (UNDERLINED IN BOLD) lol carnivore (like any elimination diet) maybe helpful because the immune system is surpressed and can hold back flare up issues from an over active immune system. Long term, the blood is thickened. Atherosclerosis and plaque build up in the arteries. Carnivore is severely lacking fibre, calcium and magnesium and over time heart issues, arthritis, hair loss, erectile dysfunction and endocrine system clogging will result in worse issues than any autoimmune disease can offer.

A new study from the University of Sydney has found that older adults can measurably reverse their biological age in as little as four weeks simply by shifting away from animal protein and excess fat.

Researchers studied 104 adults aged 65 to 75, assigning them to four different diets, and measured 20 biological aging biomarkers including cholesterol, insulin, and inflammation levels before and after.

Three of the four groups showed a reduction in biological age — those who reduced dietary fat, those who shifted toward plant-based carbohydrates, and those who combined both approaches.

The one group that saw no meaningful improvement was the high-fat, animal-heavy omnivore group — the diet that most Americans currently eat as a default.

Every week the meat industry insists that plant-based eating is a sacrifice, and every week the science moves further toward proving the opposite.

Our long intestines efficiently digest fibre-rich plants, while our liver struggles with excess animal protein. Meanwhile, studies show plant-based diets lower the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.
