We have been advised that the marron galces are now ready and are on their way to us.

In addition to this fabulous seasonal treat, we will be receiving packs of eating and cooking glaced fruits, jams, marmalades and of course our very special ginger.

Lilamand are the very finest confiseurs for this type of fruit and their home is Saint-Remy de Provence.

THE VERY BEST BURRATA AT RELISH DELICATESSEN

With this fabulous summer weather still blessing us, a burrata dish is still the perfect lunchtime treat.

We offer a premium Burrata di Bufala imported directly from near Caserta in Italy. Unlike standard cow's milk versions, this artisanal burrata features an outer pouch made from rich buffalo milk mozzarella, which is hand-filled with fresh curds and luscious cream (stracciatella).

Because it is incredibly delicate, we emphasise that you should never slice it with a knife. Instead, place it on a plate and gently tear it apart with your hands to allow the creamy center to ooze out naturally.

It pairs beautifully with fresh tomatoes, charred peaches, or pur superb Parma ham, finished with extra virgin olive oil.
