TEMPLEGALL, SUPREME CHAMPION AT UK ARTISAN CHEESE AWARDS

We are delighted to have a supply of this multi-award winning Irish cheese.
Templegall is an award-winning, Alpine-style hard cheese produced by Hegarty's Cheese in Whitechurch, County Cork, Ireland.
Crafted as a collaboration between Irish dairy farmer Dan Hegarty and French cheesemaker Jean-Baptiste Enjelvin, it blends traditional French Comté and Gruyère techniques with raw Irish cows' milk.
Creamy and firm texture with tasting notes of brown butter, roasted nuts, sweet caramel, and a subtle savoury sharpness.
Very highly recommended.
