Check out this Teriyaki Ramen Bowl I made using leftover Rotisserie Chicken and Hot Dak Stir-Fry Ramen. The upgrade you never knew you needed. The little sweetness from the teriyaki sauce combined with the spicy ramen?🔥 game changer!
You can find all your favorite Hot Dak Ramen in supermarkets or check out for so much more!
Ingredients:
* 1 pack Hot Dak Stir-Fry Ramen (comes with noodles, liquid soup and flakes)
* Rotisserie Chicken
* Teriyaki Sauce (homemade or store bought)
* 600ml Water
* Toppings (your choice!): mushrooms, sweet corn, hard boiled egg, green onions, sesame seeds
Instructions:
* Cut pieces off your rotisserie chicken, add them to a frying pan along with some teriyaki sauce and cook it down for 5-6 minutes. Just to allow the chicken to soak up the sauce.
* Grab a pack of your favorite Hot Dak Ramen and add the noodles to 600ml of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
* Discard about 100ml of water, then add the liquid soup and stir-fry over low heat for about 30 seconds.
* Turn off the heat, sprinkle the flakes and mix well.
* Plate the noodles, add your desired toppings and enjoy!
