In honor of national cheese cake and of course throw back Thursday (a classic) I thought I’d share some of the “cheese” cakes I’ve done in the past. What’s your pick? Will it be nacho cheese or wine and cheese?

Me personally there’s a time and place for both! 🤪😋 let me know what you think in the comments!

For the Doritos bag cake(2021) I marbled with fondant, dented it and shaded it for shadowing and added edible images for the Doritos logo and chip, and for the wind marchese cake I made the cake like a chalkboard with fondant and hand modeled the cheese and grapes for a bridal shower (2019)

Knowing the weight of the cookies helps with many things, keeping your products consistent, knowing the sizes for different occasions and most importantly costing.

My regular size cookies are 30g, my teaspoon cookies are 15g and my xl filled are 45g without the filling and 60g with the filling.

The song says “teach” right? Lol in any case, teacher’s have to eat too to keep fueled up to inspire young minds! And why not celebrate them next week Wednesday with a variety of options!
