I think for all my life I just thought your stomach should hurt sometimes until I was an adult I started to realize that should not be the case and then once I got pregnant it was 10 x worse and as sad I am about all the things I can’t have I have decided to make it my mission to make more items that wont make my guts feel like giving up. (I’m working on a gluten free sour dough so stay tuned)

BUT

Honestly these are so good you’d never know they were gluten free and finding delicious gluten free items are such a struggle for me. My husband had NO idea until I told him and he is on board for more delicious gluten free items 😅

Should we do mini loaf flights?!? What flavours would you like?

It’s a pinktober takeover 🫶🏽👻💖 spooky season but make it pink! I know the traditions are orange, green, purple and black but since it’s also breast cancer awareness month I thought we would blend it and honestly I’m here for it.

Tomorrow I will be a mom of a first time preschooler and I can’t believe how time has passed. I’m excited for her and for this new season!

In honor of national cheese cake and of course throw back Thursday (a classic) I thought I’d share some of the “cheese” cakes I’ve done in the past. What’s your pick? Will it be nacho cheese or w**e and cheese?

For the Doritos bag cake(2021) I marbled with fondant, dented it and shaded it for shadowing and added edible images for the Doritos logo and chip, and for the wind marchese cake I made the cake like a chalkboard with fondant and hand modeled the cheese and grapes for a bridal shower (2019)

I really wouldn't be where I'm at without the support of my mother. Through anything and at any time she would give her left arm for me and it hits differently now that I have my own daughter, that love is indescribable. I love testing days 🫣😋

Knowing the weight of the cookies helps with many things, keeping your products consistent, knowing the sizes for different occasions and most importantly costing.

My regular size cookies are 30g, my teaspoon cookies are 15g and my xl filled are 45g without the filling and 60g with the filling.

The song says “teach” right? Lol in any case, teacher’s have to eat too to keep fueled up to inspire young minds! And why not celebrate them next week Wednesday with a variety of options!
