Unsweetened, uncoloured and unchill filtered, Mezan rums capture the most original and complex essence of the Caribbean. Aged in casks until they reach their optimal maturity, Mezan rums capture the most complex and original essence of the Caribbean. Besides our two permanent references, our range includes a selection of Vintage rums from all over the Caribbean – Jamaica, Guyana, Trinidad, Belize,

Panama and Dominican Republic. The rum of this super premium collection is always an exceptional vintage coming from one unique cask. Mezan celebrates the massive range of styles you can find in the rum world. We don’t alter or mask the inherent character of our rums. We want you to taste the rum the way it is when it comes out of a distillery! So you won’t find any colouring agents, sweetening syrup or artificial flavours in our bottles. We only add water to bring balance and allow you to taste the rum at its best. Our range:

Sherry cask finishing adds remarkable, complex, and refined aromas and flavors to Guyana 2007. The rum comes from the renowned Diamond Distillery, famous for its Port Mourant wooden double still. It was aged for 12 years, with 3 years in a tropical climate and 9 in a continental one. The final touch was a Pedro Ximenez Sherry cask finish for a few months, adding extra depth.
