Jamaica to Minnesota! 🇯🇲🇺🇸

Tafara Farm is proud to support a 2nd Grade class with Saint Paul City Schools, Minnesota, through a virtual regenerative agriculture program developed with their teacher, Mr. Tomiczak.

After volunteering with us during our Hurricane Melissa recovery and returning this summer, we worked together to create a practical, age-appropriate program connecting students live on Fridays from the Tafara Farm Living Lab directly to their classroom.

🌱 Our Tafara Farm Learning Center classes are now LIVE on our website!

Explore our hands-on regenerative agriculture classes covering soil health, crop planning, water conservation, irrigation, propagation, plant nutrition, pest management, harvesting and farm business.

Classes begin October 8th 2026 and each session can be taken on its own. Farmers, backyard growers, homeowners, students and new growers are all welcome.

Honored to be invited by Royal Peist Kelly of the Haile I Selassie I Jah Rastafari Royal Ethiopian Judah Coptic Church to attend the African Liberation Day Ceremony at the Tabernacle of Praises -Malvern. We learned, we communed, we experienced the power of Nyabinghi drumming and the kind fellowship offered to all guests.

This was such a fun project. We were asked to put together a collection of our nursery plants for a new Airbnb property where the client brought us a selection of pots and let us get creative. We have a beautiful selection of nursery plants indoor, and outdoor as well as fruit tree's so it was challenging to narrow it down.
