Byron Hills Chocolate is about following your dreams and being inspired by your environment. Mick and I both love chocolate and started to imagine making it ourselves. He is very skilled in making and operating the machinery that makes the chocolate, and my skills are in the creating and organising the detail of making the chocolate. We love creating the chocolate together.
