بدأ مشروع نعمة كجزء من مشروع برنامج الأمم المتحدة الانمائي "التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة" بتأسيس و تنفيذ من مؤسسة الأميرة تغريد للتنمية و التدريب بالتعاون مع مزارع أغادير بدعم من الحكومة الفنلندية بهدف تمكين وتشغيل المرأة في الاغوار الجنوبية ... مما ساعد على تشغيل عدد كبير من النساء المحليين في المناطق الأقل حظا للحصول على عيش كريم ومستقبل افضل.
