A gluten free diet can also help your body ward off viruses and germs, just because many of the foods you eat will be full of antioxidants and essential vitamins and minerals. I immediately thought about bread, pasta, bagels, pizza and cupcakes — all of the foods she would have to give up as a result. Since her diagnosis, it was impossible to find a tasty treat for her sensitive system in Amman other than rice bread and corn bread but they never tasted the same she was used to. This was before we discovered gluten-free products that one of the entrepreneur company’s started to import in order to bake them at home. After experimenting with different blends of flours in my kitchen at home, I thought of other people that are facing the same problem and decided to open a gluten-free and healthy bakery to help everyone in finding tasty bread and healthy delights. The products will be Gluten free ,Vegan (Dairy free, casein-free, and egg-free) and low cholesterol , carbs and sugar. So basically our mission of “Beat tha Wheat” is to provide healthy gluten-free products and a healthy lifestyle to all those with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, wheat allergies and those who follow a gluten-free or wheat-free diet. ﴿يَا أَيَّتُهَا النَّفْسُ الْمُطْمَئِنَّةُ ۝ ارْجِعِي إِلَىٰ رَبِّكِ رَاضِيَةً مَرْضِيَّةً ۝ فَادْخُلِي فِي عِبَادِي ۝ وَادْخُلِي جَنَّتِي﴾

بقلوبٍ مؤمنة بقضاء الله وقدره، وببالغ الحزن والأسى، ننعى فقيدتنا الغالية رولا لطفي السمان، ابنة المرحوم لطفي السمان والسيدة سوزان النجار، وشقيقة كلٍ من زيد ودينا وفرح السمان.
