Mistaka is all about nature, seasons ,locality and craftsmanship. This means that quantities may be very limited especially for the more popular seasonal cheeses. Also expect consistency, wholesomeness, and very high quality, but not standardisation. I work with and not against the milk. Sorry no delivery yet.
